Very nice and cannot wait to visit in August. -- Janet Noyen / Punta Gorda, FL (jnoyen@sunline.net)

Drove through Fairplay and we were enchanted by the quaintness of your little town. We'd like to visit again soon. -- H. Putnam / Basile, LA (hamputnam@yahoo.com)

Hope to stay there around 28-29 June -- Robert King / Hockenheim Germany (rking@ddc.dla.mil)

My wife and I like your B&B very much and will be returning this year at least once. You are becoming a regular choice for our getaway weekends. -- Anthony Lux / Denver, CO (tonylux@juno.com)

We stayed at the hotel on October 13th. What fun! You have a beautiful hotel, very comforatble and homey! Did not see any ghosts, but smelled them! I believe it was Ben that we had some sort of contact with. Anyway, great hotel and we'll definately be back to visit you and the spirits! -- Kristy Hicks / Wheat Ridge, Co 80033 (kristy.hicks@coors.com)

I stayed at the hand hotel about 10 years ago. My grandparents celebrated their 50th wedding anniversary and had a huge family reunion there. I was 11 years old then. I am now married and looking forward to taking my husband there. My family had a cabin in Fairplay at the time and I spent every weekend exploring the town. I will never forget those days. -- Suzanna Leckman / Fort Collins, CO (scuba9607@aol.com)

We stayed at the Hand Hotel for 2 days and nights in July 2000. It was wonderful. We had vehicle trouble every day for the whole trip, so a nice, quiet, RELAXED place was exactly where we needed to be!! -- Kim Pierce / Benson, MN (kjp265@hotmail.com)

You guys have a really nice hotel and I hope to stay there again some day in the near future. Thanks Levi Koller -- Levi Koller / Littleton, CO (lkoller@NA2.US.ML.com)

We just returned from Fairplay on vacation. While there I found the Hand Hotel. I was very excited and can't wait to return to stay there! It was so beautiful inside as we looked into the lobby from the dark town street...I felt like I had stepped back in time. -- Lisa and George Campbell / Anderson, SC (gocamp@carol.net)

Though I've never been to your B&B, it peeked my interest more than all the others I looked at on the web (which were plenty). I was searching for a place for my wife and I to spend our anniversary, and not just any place will do. I believe that Hand Hotel will be the place that offers what we need for a very romantic getaway. Looking forward to our visit with great anticipation. -- Dave Perry / Colorado Springs, CO (dave.perry@jntf.osd.mil)

Enjoyed our stay there. It was fun sleeping in grandma Hands bedroom. Your hospitality was very refreshing. Thanks for pleasant stay. -- Greg Hand / Taylorsville, Utah (handgr@slcc.edu)

We enjoyed our stay at the Hand Hotel Aug. 12-18. We plan to visit you again when we have the opportunity. The hotel staff was very helpful and friendly. The Grandma Hand room was very pleasant....not a ghost in sight! -- Lawrence, Kathi and Mason Meggs / Freeburg, Il 62243 (clm212nv@aol.com)

I'm amazed that nobody mentions the hotel's past...absolutely gorgeous and a blast to stay in but the place in fact is haunted. I went to college in Colorado in the early 90's and my family all stayed in the Hand after watching the episode of Unsolved Mysteries that did a piece on the Hand Hotel. We all worked ourselves into such a fright that we had to spend the night in the same room. While I think our room had a Native American motif, my mother is convinced that the strange entity that payed us a visit that night was a sort of miner...enjoy your stay and make a point to ask the current inn keepers about the history of the hotel. fun fun fun -- Clint Metcalf / Overland Park, Kansas (clint_metcalf@intertec.com)

Great place to stay we had a lot of fun will be back next year! -- Paul&Ronda Barker / Grand Island, Ne (boogienews@aol.com)

I came across this site when I was trying to help someone find a place in the area to stay when I was booked at our cabin we rent for vacationers that is close to Fairplay. I was impressed. The man was thrilled and will be calling for reservations. We will visit you also on our next trip out. It looks like a lovely place. -- Suzanne Melkoski / Ft. Worth, Texas (melkoski@gateway.net)

Very informative site, we'll be staying with you on our next trip to Colorado -- david g. miller / violet, la (coozan@mindspring.com)

I don't think I've ever been to a more cozy place in my life. The wife and kids had a blast around the pool! And the game room was to die for! I'm definately going back!! -- Marek Marciniak / Chicago, Il (mamarn@techinter.com)

Wanted to let you know that i was excited to make the discovery of your Hotel, and will definitely be back soon! Mariuka was a charming and the fireplace was very cozy on such a cold cold day. -- jeff multer / denver,co (jeffvln@aol.com)

We visited your hotel last evening during our trip to Fairplay. We will plan a trip around Fairplay sometime this year and stay at your hotel.
